Connect to the beautiful surroundings of Glendalough and release the stresses and strains of life. Join this guided walking meditation and feel centred and at peace. I will guide you through the meditation and you will learn how to do this practice for yourself.
You can enjoy being outside in the fresh air, walking in nature and feel the calmness that comes from silent walking meditation. I will guide you through the practice, so that you can stay focused on the meditation.
It is a nice feeling to be silent and walk with a group of people. There is time at the end of the meditation to talk and to share your experience with the other participants in the group.
These walks are designed for people who want to meditate but do not want to sit still or to be inside.
They are suitable for those new to meditation and for those with more experience as each person meditates at their own level. This is a great practice, once you learn it you will be able to use it in your everyday life to find a sense of space and calm.
Go more deeply into your practice and join me for a workshop. The workshops are themed and help you to explore and learn about the deeper dimensions of yoga, meditation and Reiki.
