Yoga, Meditation and Reiki are effective tools for improving the mental and physical health of your staff. There are physical benefits from moving the body, stretching out, releasing physical tension and creating new energy. These practices are also good for relieving stress, improving focus, resilience and creativity. The classes also bring staff together in a group and can improve connectivity in the work environment.
